i lost my cell phone again :-(

Wednesday, March 17th, 2004

It wasn’t even a month old. I didn’t like it anyway, it was a Siemens A56 and I hated the color of the LCD screen, I felt like I was in an old amber monitor in a XT.

I think it’s time to get my P800, who needs two kidneys anyway?

new job

I got a new job in Americatel Peru, so I’ll be working there with breno this monday. This will be my last week in Banco de Credito del Peru, so the “geek in a bank” motto must die. Suggestions for a new motto are welcome, just add a comment.

I’m a father of a beautiful baby :-)

A future code-fu mastah!

Linus is, like me, a monkey (according to the chinese calendar). His training in the ancient kung foo arts will begin soon.

New Release: HOZ 1.65

Tuesday, March 2nd, 2004

A new version of Hacha Open Zource has been released.
Rudy made the official hoz .deb packages hosted in mentors.debian.net. You can find instructions on how to add mentors to be used with apt-get in the download section of the HOZ site.

Changelog:

* 1.65 (2004-Feb-18)
- Added support for size suffixes in the cli mode (’K'=KiB and ‘M’=MiB)
- Added a size combobox in the GTK and Win32 versions, so you can select
“bytes”, “KiB” (1024 bytes) and “MiB” (1024*1024 bytes)
- Fixed a bug in the gtk version, was showing an invalid size message when
the size editbox was empty.
* 1.63 (2004-Feb-11)
- Added getopt_long support (–* options). Hopefully this will make Rudy
happy.

Share and enjoy.
