		<description>Well I think he's talking about the fact that being able to configure from sources means that you can add options which wouldn't be feasible in binaries, because of the bloated binary and extra dependencies that people would end up with if Debian shipped their packages with a lot of options configured in. Maybe apt-source will address this issue :)</description>
